This site advertises a senior product engineering studio. It is not a contract.
What's on offer
Fixed-fee, time-bound engineering engagements (USD 100k–300k + small equity, 2–4 months). The exact scope and structure are negotiated in a separate written agreement.
What's not on offer
- Equity-only work
- Long-term CTO replacement by default
- Staff augmentation
- Refunds - the fee covers fixed deliverables, with the path documented in the engagement contract
Inquiries
Sending a message is not an engagement. An engagement begins when both parties sign a written agreement.
Confidentiality
Inquiry contents are treated as confidential. They are not shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than evaluating fit and replying.
Jurisdiction
Engagement contracts specify jurisdiction. This site itself makes no claims to jurisdictional preference.
